> After feeling forced to spend almost 15 minutes downloading an app, waiting for it to appear, adding details etc at an Airport restaurant recently, just to order one drink, wi-Q is a great alternative. No app to download or update, just menus and services as soon as you want them. 
Hospitality venues need to realise that consumers don’t want an app to download and maintain for every place they visit. Instant access to menus with real time user features is the way forward. Thanks wi-Q

> **Pros**: I loved how simple the process was meant to be to put our menu items on and how it would streamline our ordering process during covid. It works very well for Room Service but unfortunately failed to be implemented due to difficulties in our bars.

> **Cons**: When changing the system menu items and sections on the computer it would be very slow and constantly freeze. This meant potential half an hour of work would go down the drain and you would start again as it did not automatically save as you went along. We also had a lot of problems integrating it with our POS system and for ages we could not get Android phones to work with the barcode you scan to get to the website.
> 
> It was a very frustrating process implementing what was actually a simple and should have been easy to use system due to how long it took and incompatibility with certain browsers. We were constantly getting errors if Items did not match up which made it quite frustrating. I would say it is great if it is a simple menu and works quite well with Room Service.
