> **Pros**: Structured process that flows well for our business model. Flexible enough but not so many variables that confuse its core function which for us is strictly ERP tool.

> **Cons**: old aged look. slowness of function when working off prem or on our cloud VPN. Most of the things we didn't like about it are being resolved in the online version.

> Team is rock solid. Always there to help when needed. Any issues with any software are negligeable due to the value the team brings in caring that we succeed and are equipped for success. Always have a can help attitude and explain things very thoroughly when it comes to customizations.

From the quoting phase to closing phase, it cleanly takes the project step by step through each division from sales to engineering to procurement and so on. We are building bill of materials so much faster than we were per project and the ability to track labor and material costs throughout the life of the project for decision making is incredibly valuable. The training sessions are also top notch. I'd recommend ETO to anyone and everyone in the Industrial Automation space. Very easy to use\!

Whereas once upon a time a Computer was required to access ETO, with the web portal any tablet or phone can access it with a simplified user menu that is ever growing as the Team at TotalETO continues to develop it.
