If … WAVE would add AI, connectivity to banks and credit cards, and features to operate multiple businesses in the paid subscription I’d use it. The UI still implies export should exist, but it’s now paywalled without warning. This breaks a core bookkeeping workflow: providing detailed expense records to a CPA for tax filing. The only export remaining is a summarized P\&L, which is not a substitute for transaction detail in many cases. This feels like a dark pattern upsell rather than a product improvement.
