> Magento 2 gave me the ability to create my own shop for my website. I am able to add all of my product information, inventory, SEO, and anything else I need to know about sales. It communicates across most platforms and marketplaces and keeps everything synchronized. This keeps everything running smoothly and customer satisfaction high. I would highly recommend this software.

> **Pros**: they string you along with daily contacts from their support department when you have a problem. However they do not actually resolve any of the issues\!

> **Cons**: The positive reviews are 100% scams. We purchased Ebay Amazon and Walmart plugins. The Walmart plugin is 100% non functional. The ebay plugin is 90% non usable and does not even support shipping profiles which have been in place over four years on ebay. They charge a $40 monthly fee which they do not tell you about up front on the amazon plugin unless you have a developer account (which we do) and even then they charged us the $40 any way\! We are disputing with paypal since their 100% satisfaction guarantee is 100% false and they will not refund. Now they are demanding a UPS tracking number to do a refund\! It's a digital product\!\!\!
