I was a one-person show at the time and it was designed for exactly my needs but as I grew my team I found the needs not being met enough. I wanted a more robust online portal, and then COVID hit so everything shifted. I went back to MyStudio hoping the features I waited for became available after 3 years. Some were better, others were still in waiting. It was increasingly difficult to run detailed reports for my monthly needs so I moved on. I specifically did not renew my annual license but they charged me an entire year on my renewal date despite records showing they wouldn't.
