The entire team at Anagram worked hard to accomodate our way of doing things and their patience and persistance is much appreciated. > > I spoke on and off with \[sensitive content hidden\] for a couple years about terminating our contracts with Vision Plans. He was always friendly, never pushy. He explained how the process would work and when we finally did it he and the other staff members made sure my entire staff knew how to handle the patient conversations to best foster those relationships. They also walked us through the termination process with the insurance companies. We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way.
