> **Pros**: All data companies are helpful in the sales and onboarding stages, Youth Center included.  Where Youth Center shines is the follow up support.  Years after purchase we are still getting support and assistance whenever it is needed.  Youth Center is regularly updated and we are clearly informed what changes we can expect to see from the update.  We are regularly asked for our input when the system is making changes that are most helpful to the actual users.
