We created this system with our IT team. They walked us through the process. Once shown how to customize and build the volunteer options, it was easy to understand and replicate. I am able to set my available hours for meetings, and it merges with my calendar so no one can book a time to meet when I already have something scheduled. It was free to add on my Teams account, and there was no learning curve. I was able to create different booking links so there is always one that goes out on any email I send so I can be available to my team. When I send an email to people I am trying to recruit, they get a different link that shows up that I titled "first time meeting" so I know in my calendar what kind of call I am going into before the meeting starts. I haven't had any issues, but I know customer support is always there because it makes it clear where to go.
