When I tried to resolve the issue, I ran into several problems: - The support chat only redirected me to bots and FAQs, without giving me the option to talk to a real person. - I couldn’t access my account because I forgot my password, and despite trying multiple times, I never received any reset emails. - After countless attempts, I still had no way to log in. This experience has been extremely frustrating.
