I made a user guide that I can follow every month end to do payroll. Takes me 10 minutes incl. printing checks and filing my reports. I have the service where they do my deposits and it has been done on time and correct for years now, with no exception. Support reponds fairly quickly and professionally every time I have a question. I don't pay under the table, and the thought of figuring out the federal and state taxes, etc. on my own was really daunting. It only takes me a few minutes each pay period to run payroll and generate a pay slip. At tax time I was able to very easily generate the appropriate documents for my own filing and to provide to my employee. The UI/UX is a little confusing and hard to use. The reports are archaic looking and can't really be customized. A basic level payroll provider like this would usually charge a minimum of $30-40 a month and usually a per employee cost too.
