Another benefit is the software's ability to create PDFs from other file formats, which makes it easy to combine Word and Excel documents into a single PDF that is ideal for turning in assignments. The security tools are also very helpful, especially when it comes to adding digital signatures to documents that require one necessary and adding passwords to secure important PDFs. > > **Cons**: While Able2Extract Professional 20 is great for many groups, its pricing is a major drawback, especially for students. The license to use the software is $199 which is quite expensive. I believe students should at least be discounted as not many people who require this software have $ 199 > > Able2Extract Professional has been essential software I use for my schoolwork, making making working with PDFs much easier. The OCR technology is great as it allows me to edit and customize assignment templates saving me a massive amount of time. The PDF creation feature is very useful when I need to combine work I have done from multiple formats, I can easily take an Excel and Word document and combine it into a PDF. However, the biggest downside is the pricing—as a student, the $199 fee is very expensive. A more affordable student package would definitely make this software more accessible for those who need the software but can not afford it.
