> **Cons**: I wouldn't hesitate to say that this tool has a potential but yet need lots of things to be improved, you get bugs most of the time on your templates which gets solved by their customer support team, they offer very less options of text formatting. These are quite significant drawback.

> Overall This product is good enough of sending the emails to the mass contacts but yet there is a restrictions of number of  contacts for sending email.

> **Pros**: We us it to see  how they are interacting with our emails, which content is most effective, and what our next move should be. We can track it and get reminders so we dont forget.

> **Cons**: it took us a little bit to get a full grasp on how it works but once we figured it out we were off and running without any issues
