> **Pros**: I like most that each customer within the PEGA CRM system is established under their own case. PEGA was designed to be created within its own public cloud, which is awesome. No more having to reply on a third party cloud application.

> **Cons**: The only thing I least like about PEGA is the integration capability with connecting to other distributed resources. It isn't as easy to do that.
> 
> It overall is a great product that anyone is capable of using immediately.
