> **Pros**: This is very user-friendly. Easy to train others to use, and the ability to customize different areas plus assigning specific sections or questions of DDQ reviews either internally or externally is awesome\!

> **Cons**: So far I haven't come across anything I would categorize as a dislike. the price was a bit more expensive than others, however, the number of features and capabilities are worth it.

> Overall, I am absolutely satisfied\! The auto-score feature has been the most helpful so far. It streamlines our reviews and the process of reviewing the DDQs allows us to ask the vendor for clarification on specific questions. Our Vendors also have been able to navigate the use with ease which also helps tremendously.
