> **Pros**: The software is very customizable to our operation.  It intergrated with our Microsoft 365 platform with minimual issues.  The support teams at seProposals are auesome to work with and very accommodating.  It is truly a solutions-driven company.

> **Cons**: There were no real issues with this software.  Like any new software  implementation, the biggest hurdles where internal and you need to make sure you have management buy-in and support.
