> **Cons**: The software is extremely outdated. Based on the startup screen looks like it's running on Windows 7 and based on everything else it looks like it came out of a bad 80s movie. It's super hard to work with, our employees are terrified to use it because no one knows how to get it to do what we want. It seems like we're always troubleshooting some kind of error, and it has caused an incredible amount of frustration for us and our customers.

> There have been no benefits whatsoever. We would switch if we weren't locked into it because of how our suppliers installed our pumps. It is the most frustrating piece of technology any of us have ever dealt with. Super hard to set up the system, the software is a joke with how outdated it is, it takes forever to figure out how to even have customers pay with cash, and all of us dread ever having to use it because something is constantly going wrong with it.
