> **Cons**: We had to upgrade to Microsoft business software in order access its features.  There is nothing in place to automatically import old files into Thread.  We have to add on these files gradually, which is taking quite a lot of time but we will get there.

> It has been very good but we are not all up and running as yet because it is taking some time to transfer old matters to the existing system.

> **Pros**: Thread is very user friendly.  Well laid out and easy to navigate.

> **Cons**: The email section of Thread needs to be updated.  When importing a sent email from Outlook the email goes into the Inbox section in Thread rather than the Sent items section. This makes it difficult to find a sent email amongst the incoming emails.
> 
> Our experience with Thread over the last 4 years has been very positive.  This was our first case management system in the firm and made the change over very seamless.  All training received initially was superb and ongoing training keeps us up to date with new features in Thread.  Also the online support we receive when needed is very efficient and effective to deal with any issues which may arise.
