> **Pros**: I like the ease with which the software creates the reports and integrates with our equipment.  The reading process for my physicians is very easy and they can make additional notes if they want.

> **Cons**: the only thing I do not like is the customer service when we do have an issue or need some sort of upgrade.  The techs are not professional and do not respond in a timely manner.

The structured reporting and custom report templates save time and give us the ability to create unique reports for all of our different clinics.
