> The entire team at Insite have been fantastic to work with from day one.  Customer service is at a whole other level ad the willingness to adapt to our needs and reporting requirements is always a "we're on it " approach as opposed to the alternative.  I couldn't be happier with or give a higher recommendation on behalf of Insite for their service, platform and overall global execution.

> **Pros**: In a large facility with limited staffing and tens of thousands of points that could be monitored, having insight keeping an eye on facility ops, and reporting consistently, helps us understand much more rapidly what things require attention that we otherwise might not quickly detect.

> **Cons**: I used to jump on line and manipulate the program quite a bit, and I'm not sure if that is still possible (I've been pulled into facility ops recently with less emphasis on energy and energy performance.)  this was very helpful for sharing information with my HVAC team to describe issues like simultaneous heating and cooling.

> I personally think that, in 2022, that you cannot operate you facility to appropriate standards of perfomance without a building analytic program like Insight.
