> **Pros**: The way it looks.  The customizing options from benefits enrollment to design are needed for any size group enrollment.  The fact eHealthApp is working with the insurance carriers to accept their electronic enrollment format is huge.  I like the easy administrative access from my laptop and phone the system gives me.

> **Cons**: When my client employees have issues enrolling in the system, due to technical difficulties, and there is no eHealthApp service support for the employee at the time of their enrollment.  This causes delays in enrollment and multiple communication from our office to eHealthApp and back to the employee before the issue get resolved.  Usually the issue is simple and a screen share with the employee could go along way in making the overall enrollment experience easier and more customer/employee friendly.
