I really like how easy it is to put the icons on the screen, and also the picture and picture feature. There may be a different name, but being able to show what a cabinet looks like closed, then a detailed picture of what the inside should look like is really helpful. Also, we work with several service providers. Before properly, we used a Google Sheet to let the schedule. Now I can just blast the listing out. Also, the automatic reminder of guest check in/out to have me schedule a cleaning is very nice. Ok. I love it all. > > **Cons**: The initial set up was a little wonky. I set up from my phone initially, and when we tested the set up, the icons were all shifted slightly to the right. It's just undercooked with minimal feature adds happening.The support is non-existent when you have a serious issue, detailed below > > We had a 4+ year relationship with Properly in which most of the time the product was suitable. As we grew, the product did not grow with us. There are a huge amount of difficulties with allocation of tasks to cleaners, recruitment and tracking of cleaners at scale, communication, customisation and more.If you manage a small number of properties ( 1-10 ) you will probably be satisfied mostly with this product. If you manage medium to large (we manage 120 properties ) you will spend more money on managing the cleaning staff roster than this is worth. The final straw for us was that we paid 1 year up front, we then asked to revert to monthly payments, all of a sudden the support evaporated. We couldn't get a response to numerous emails and tickets. Finally the company responded with the payment is non-refundable... Mind you, this was over $7000 AUD. It's so very disappointing that a company will destroy a relationship like this. I never thought I would be writing a review like this about properly. I'm not sure if there is a shift in management or some financial trouble, but it seems very out of character from this company.
