Cons:

Due to intermittent connection issues, logging in can be a challenge at times. There are occasions when the call quality decreases, which is frustrating for the consumers. The chat tool has fewer options and less intriguing video effects.

Comments: I feel that GoTo Meeting is very easy to use. My favorite part about it is that it gives more of a professional and business feel. I feel that many people use other platforms for personal life as well as business. I feel that when we use GoTo Meeting, it indicates a professional setting.

I did not like the brand recognition by others. I feel that some others believe that zoom and GoTo are the same product when they are not.

Reliable enterprise meeting tool

Comments: I would say overall it gets the job done. It may not be as cheap as other options out there but i'd say it's a good tool for enterprise companies

Easy interface and pretty reliable, i dont often have any issues with meetings through GoTo meeting

I find that the mobile app isnt as good as the web interface which is disappointing as I am sometimes on the move and need to get into meetings.

Comments: I have had a very enticing experience with GoTo Meeting and am pleased that everything has worked in my favour. Joining virtual meetings has become so easy and it gives my meetings great security and privacy. GoTo Meeting has great interaction features which help makes meetings very lively.

There is nothing as easy like joining a meeting with GoTo Meeting, the process is simple and straightforward and takes very little time. The meeting interface is so intuitive which makes it easy for everyone to comfortably engage and take part of the meeting discussions. The learning curve was so simple and everything else is easy and simple. Nothing is there to like least.

GoTo Meeting is quite simple to use.I haven't faced much issue yet while being on 1000+ meetings so far. Meetings are mandatory in our organization and this tool is the best tool we've used so far for conducting meetings.

Comments: Even with the little annoyances it still is the best bang for the buck in my opinion.

It was easy to use, a snap to install, and, for the most part, works as advertised.

Cons:

Attendees can talk out of turn or speak before the other speaker is done. The microphone can be selected independently for voice or no voice but requires someone to monitor the voice link.

Comments: Great tool for meetings. I'd recommend this tool if the mechanics work for teams.

It's a great tool for all needs related to online communication - audio, video, screen sharing, recording, etc.

Cons:

Integration with outlook at times look tricky. I had used MS teams and Zoom and the integration with MS outlook seems seamless. Because of remote work, setting meetings is a very important part of the job. And it should be super seamless when it comes to setting those up. Two additional clicks at times be tricky and if we miss, we need to edit the invite and resend.

GoTo Meeting is an exemplary platform that is taking the lead in the virtual meeting industry with a flexible pricing plans to suits every budget. It's user friendly UI and ease of adoption and use stands out. I can join work meetings from any device or even directly through the browser using the invite link. Also I get notified before the start of the actual meeting from then I proceed to test my connection and video using my webcam. Goto Meeting comes with an overload of presenter tools such us screens sharing where presenters can share their desktops and slides to keep the audience engaged In addition to the drawing tools. All these happen with high quality videos and audio. It is allows for recording of meeting in progress which can then be stored on cloud or shared for reference. It's integration power is another thing I find quite useful that we can launch and share meeting links directly from outlook or slack for more convenience. Also everything about the meeting platform is secure from content, videos , audios and meetings are secured in that only the invitees with passcode can join

Cons:

Goto meeting is secure and safe to host succesful virtual office meetings which gives us convenience. I therefore have nothing against it.

Comments: This was the first conferencing software that I used, and possibly that is why I prefer it over Google, Teams and Zoom.

Pros:

I appreciate the level of branding and easy this product has. After using many conferencing services this is one of the more seamless. The desktop to mobile app works super easy and keeps all of my info portable so at the last minute I'm not retyping it all in.

Cons:

I do feel that when it comes to security GTM is not a well rated as some of it's competitors. Now that the world is all digital and connected this is an increased concern for many of our clients.

Pros:

We use Go To Meeting at work up to 10 meetings daily, and we are extremely satisfied, it is easy for our clients to join meetings, we never have any trouble to join or being slow. The audio and video always are very clear and sharing our screen so the clients see their documents is always clear, simple and a meeting completed easily. Highly recommend

Cons:

Honestly theres is nothing until know that we didn't like about Go To Meeting. I would recommend to every employer that needs to have virtual meetings.

Comments: I have found it easy to navigate for both live and prerecorded webinars. Most people are able to access it , so not many requests to use another platform for people to be able to attend.

I like that it is easy to set up and use without much technical knowledge. The ability to use the replays is a further asset that can be used in many ways, including social media content.

Cons:

As a viewer the picture quality and streaming consistency isn't always reliable. However, it is quick and easy to refresh and get back on. The ability to send out replays is also reassuring.

None so far especially on the functionalities, after training is over the product is ready to provide excellent services.
