> **Pros**: This tool helps you understand the behavior of your customers. This gives great input on where people are buying. Plus it tracks them with the wi-fi and you can have retarget them on Facebook Ad campaigns and email campaigns. This is such a great tool to also identify demographics of the wifi users. I love the support team, there are always available to help.

> **Cons**: It is quite complex to understand how it works at first because the platform can be complex. But once well trained it is very useful. PLus support team is always available.

> Aislelab gives us info about customer behavior, path and this is gold for a leasing team.
