"My three months overall experience with Backlog"

I have been use Backlog over 3 months, so let me share my experience with Backlog. I can create many issues and I can add assignee on it so I don't need to talk with each assignee and I don't need to ask the status of each issues(I can check all issues on Backlog at the same time). So it's very good for me. Some of my assignee ask to me, that is how to edit comment when they add wrong information? I have no idea about it, if there is any solution, please let me know. Thanks.
Pros:
The most I like about Backlog is - I can check each issuse's status, assignee, plan time and actual time in real time. So I don't need to ask & contact to assignee vai DM. It's very useful and reduce waste time for me.
Cons:
Hornestly, I have no idea about its. I have been use Backlog over 3 months and I don't even know what is the weakness or disadvantages. I want to use for a long time and if I found something, I will let you know, Backlog Team.

"A Reliable Tool for Streamlined Project Management"

Backlog is a solid and dependable solution for managing projects and teamwork, but there is room for improvement in performance, flexibility, and advanced functionality.
Pros:
What I liked least about Backlog was its limited customization and reporting features. The interface is clean but can feel rigid, and advanced analytics or workflow customization are not as flexible as some competing project management tools. Additionally, integrations and automation options are somewhat limited, which can slow down more complex team processes.
Cons:
Outdated interface – The UI feels less modern compared to tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana. Limited customization – Workflows, fields, and views aren’t as flexible for complex projects. Basic reporting – Lacks advanced analytics and detailed performance reports. Search can be slow or clunky – Especially in large projects with many issues. Limited automation – Few built-in automations compared to competitors. Scaling challenges – Works well for small to mid-size teams, but can feel restrictive for larger teams. Mobile app limitations – Not as powerful or smooth as the desktop version. Integrations are fewer – Compared to Jira or ClickUp, integration options are limited.

It was a learning experience, where I got to become familiar with project tools that are valuable for supporting the development of project deliverables
Pros:
I liked the accessibility to project tools that enabled me to generate project outcomes for my group in a easy file format that could be shared.
Cons:
The website's interface was visually appealing, making it easier to identify elements needed to complete project tasks as a user.

"In the right direction"

I feel it's comparable with like of JIRA and Notion in its prowess. However because Notion tightly integrates with taskboard and notes, etc. I would like if Backlog could add another screen like that? But yeah, as it stands I feel satisfied using Backlog as all of my needs are met.
Pros:
There are a tons of features. So many that I have not even got to use all of them!
Cons:
I wanted a rich translation support along with a more customizable first launch page dash (Will help for me and other people working in MNCs where not everyone's familiar in english so they type in their own languages)

I'm so glad to find such a simple yet efficient backlog software, having very basic use cases free for personal usage.
Pros:
Clean UI, following best UX principles, flawless.
Cons:
No links between tickets. Good to have a feature, like in Jira, to create associations with other tickets, e.g. "blocked by", "relates to", etc.
