They listen to their customers. > > **Cons**: I don't have a lot of cons or complaints regarding FIELDBOSS. Certainly, we had our issues during implementation, but nothing was unique to FIELDBOSS. Any issues or requests we had were responded to quickly. General observations for any implementation... document your processes ahead of time, spend a lot of time cleaning your data, and do not try to implement every feature at the same time. > > Two words... The most difficult thing about FieldBoss is the learning curve. For someone who does not have their process well defined it can be complicated. The most difficult part of the integration is the data migration.
