It's my favourite platform to build on for a reason. When I hand over sites to my clients, they are edit themselves which is incredibly important for any creator or small business owner. They are always announcing new features to help their users and they really listen to their customers. > > **Cons**: Literally the only con (and this is as a web designer so this likely isn't a deal breaker for many others) is that as of right now we can't do a drop-down sub menu in our navigation. That's literally the only complaint I have hah\! > > I have been a certified Podia Pro for a few years now and I can honestly say I don't want to build for my clients on any other platform. Not only is it incredibly easy to use as a designer... but I can actually hand over a website to my client that THEY can edit afterwards (I can't say the same for when I was building on other platforms). Nothing ever works, always something broken, horrible customer support. > > **Cons**: The app is so buggy and so not working well, it's amazing i was able to live with it for more then a year until i got the courage to leave to another supplier. > > HORRIBLE, keep away if you care about your data, nerves and financials. Many things don't work in the system and the customer support is always "I'm sorry, i know it's frustrating, we will pass to our developers, but can't say when and how the issues will be resolved". No Value for money at all. Bad and long learning curve to working with their financials, all emails are marked as spam and generally the system sucks. They make changes to basic logic in the system without any alerting to the customers, no explanation of what is about to happen, simply change one day and we should work around it, while it's still with bugs and issues. I was able to teach myself how to do everything I needed within the site and over the years, it's become easier and easier with templates and site-wide branding. > > **Cons**: Everything I liked the least has been changed - for example, I host a lot of in-person and online events and when I first joined, there wasn't a way to do registration easily for in person events. Now there is. Similar with payment plans for clients. I can now set up payments for clients to choose pay in full or payment plan.
