> **Pros**: My most like feature of the platform is users can do anonymous reviews and feedbacks. because of that HR can easy to analysis what areas need to update.
And also this software is pretty cheap and give good value for money.

> **Cons**: Like most of software, customer support is not really good, as a upcoming software platform not recommended the customer support, emailed several times to fix some reports they not responded really quick.

> Actually on my company previous tracking system reports all UIDs and Names to HR, there for most of employees not submit honest feedbacks.
