> **Pros**: We have two distinct business areas using this tool (via partition). Each is satisfied with the tool. As an application support admin, I too have found the tool very easy and seamless to support. There are few if any complications to deal with.

> **Cons**: Perhaps less specific to the application itself, is support from the vendor. We recently migrated from on premise to cloud and there were more than a few hitches that we had to deal with. Nothing to be considered showstoppers but nuisances nonetheless.
> 
> The overall experience can be considered positive. Business users are generally happy. Despite the migration hitches and hurdles, the application is in steady usage.
