> **Pros**: The software was very easy to learn.  You don't have to remember rates and jobs, everything is right there in front of you\!  Every detail about the program was thought of\!

We use this software daily throughout every aspect from dispatch to billing and accounting. It is a very user friendly program and we could not be happier. The support team is outstanding and always there to help you immediately\!

> **Pros**: I thought I would like the integration of hall where but there was nothing that I liked about it was cumbersome and the program is incomplete and does not do what they say it does

> **Pros**: Everything is linked.  When entering data from tickets it flows right into the customer invoice and the driver pay settlement.  The job setup drives all the other parts so there's no way of changing rates for either pay or bill.  Great checks and balances.  Integrated compliance reporting.

> **Cons**: Cash basis reporting is not supported.
> 
> overall very positive experience.  Developers have been attentive and continue to offer support and training as needed.
