> **Cons**: Unfortunately we being in South Africa and having a poor exchange rate, this makes the channel manager a bit expensive for us, but it has been worth the increased fee.

> Tokeet has helped to simplify our listing management. We moved over from a different channel manager and over night experienced an increase in our bookings. The integration into other products is seemless and we can't wait to integrate more of their products. The response from our customer service agent has been phenomenal and despite the time zone difference, we always receive a speedy and professional response which makes it a pleasure to deal with the team. They have answered all our questions, sometimes more than once and have always been kind, patient and incredibly professional.

> **Cons**: - Untrustworthy billing practices – I paid upfront in April 2025 for a full year, and Tokeet cancelled my subscription without my authorisation.&#10;&#10;- Forced onto higher pricing – They issued a partial refund and moved me to a new monthly plan at more than double the cost.&#10;&#10;- Poor customer service – Responses were slow, dismissive, and failed to address the breach of contract. &#10;&#10;- Business risk – The cancellation left me unable to manage my OTA connections, exposing me to potential double bookings and financial loss.&#10;&#10;- No respect for customers – Unilateral changes without consent show they don’t value long-term clients.

This left me unable to manage my OTA connections, putting me at risk of double bookings and financial loss.&#10;&#10;At no point did I authorise an immediate cancellation of my account. Their actions represent a clear breach of contract, and communication has been slow, dismissive, and failed to address the issues I raised. Instead of resolving the matter, they forced me onto a new, much higher-priced monthly plan.&#10;&#10;Businesses rely on stable software to manage bookings. Having a system you pay for upfront pulled out from under you mid-contract is completely unacceptable.&#10;&#10;I would strongly caution anyone considering Tokeet: be very careful with their billing practices and customer support.
