They have continued launching new and helpful features, like relationship tracking, annual reporting, texting to donors within Funraise, AI giving suggestions, and more\! Not only is this a great donor management CRM software, but the team is incredible if you ever need support. They deeply care about their customers as well as building the nonprofit community. We can't say enough good things about them\! > > **Cons**: The only thing that really makes it challenging is being able to log checks that we get each month as recurring gifts in the system. We've found work-arounds for it, but it requires more manual tracking than desired. There's no perfect software out there, but Funraise is pretty dang close\!
