She really holds our hand through each implementation and takes the time to walk us through new features, which is great because ClayHR is constantly adding useful updates that actually improve how we do HR. The workflows and approval processes have been a huge time-saver too, it's so much easier to get input and sign-offs from the right people without anything slipping through the cracks. > > **Cons**: Honestly, there aren’t really any major cons. What’s been great is that even if the system doesn’t currently do something we need, our Account Manager always takes our feedback to the engineers and more often than not, they’re able to customize or tweak the system to suit our needs.
