If there were a way to have all guest requests show up under a user's profile so that one doesn't have to Search Tickets to find it, that would alleviate some confusion. Another recommendation is, when reviewing a particular task under a resident's profile, if I press the back arrow, it resets the entire page and places me back on the home page and I have to search for the user again. For those not to tech savvy is clear to work with. I would like for it to be a little more colorful since as Concierge I manage several tasks at once.
