Our customer are loving the portal / live list and this has allowed us to create new services to sell to our clients. Our clients find the live list simple as they access through an email link and they can see all the candidates in one place. I’m using analytics, but I’m still learning with it, but I like to be able to see the consultants’ activities and fees. > > **Cons**: To be honest I think overall the software is great – one small point is that the mandatory fields on the ATS have red asterisks and it is very easy to exit a record without filling in the mandatory fields. It would be good if when you tried to exit a record and the mandatory fields where not completed a prompt popped up advising that in order to save the mandatory fields must be completed. I notified Customer Service in December 2023 that I would like to cancel my contract which was within the 60 day terms, I called and was informed this was acknowledged by the customer service agent and they would be in touch to arrange the end of my contract and exporting my database. I then stopped using the software and haven't used since. After this I had no contact and was unable to speak to anyone at all, my emails not replied to, no acknowledgment of my cancellation. I now keep getting emails to which I can't reply to with a new invoice for this year, I have informed them that the software hasn't been used and I terminated my contract in December - to which no one still has not confirmed or accepted. This is an incredibly frustrating situation which could and should have been avoided 6 months ago. > > The software is ok, however it's not as good as up and coming ATS and AI integrated recruitment software. What has really let Vincere down is it's lack of customer service and accountability.
