> **Pros**: Once you're set up, it's really simple to generate surveys and start receiving feedback. The interface is intuitive enough to see all your feedback in one area and respond to your detractors. I also like how there are several reports to dive deeper into our data.

> **Cons**: It's not as self-service as I'd like. As someone who loves customizing software to get it to work for our company, I wish we didn't have to go to Listen 360 for changes to our survey templates or reports.

> Overall, I'm satisfied with Listen360, understanding there are sometimes limitations. We have found that sometimes we receive feedback that a customer didn't actually submit, but the L360 team is quick to provide resolutions. For the price point, I'm definitely satisfied with the service.
