Pros:

Very easy to implement. Quick to start collecting data. Heatmapping visuals are clear and higher quality - great for presentations.

Cons:

It is very difficult to track navigation bars and dropdown menus accurately. This is my biggest issue with the platform!!

Its good but could be better

Comments: It was great when we first started using it; provided us with much-needed insight. But with the change in pricing and lack of product improvements, it's hard to justify the monthly cost.

Pros:

I like the user interface and how data is displayed.

Cons:

The pricing change made it less attractive for the value we received.

The best analytic app for beginners

Comments: It’s overall very good especially the free trial helps small businesses a lot who just started

Pros:

Its easy to use and easy to set up on the shopify store

Cons:

Sometimes when I want to do the replay the replay video isnt sync and its stuck to one picture not the view of the user

Great product, but I wish there was more.

Comments: 90% Positive, I'm left wanting more often than not as we have far too many platforms doing too many things. If there was say a in-built way to marry up orders placed on a e-commerce site to the recording of their journey through the site that would be the best case scenario for us.

Pros:

The customer support uses in heatmaps and live chat are the key reasons for us to purchase Lucky Orange.

Cons:

The pre-made integrations for Bigcommerce seem to leave us wanting. The support and developer docs feel stale and lacking also. The support team itself was very helpful when I had to reach out to them, I'm referring specifically about the support docs at https://help-preview.luckyorange.com/ as all the answers are rather generic.

The heatmapping and website analysis tool you need for your business

Comments: It has been quite good and was a good transition away from another provider we used to have that didn't really give us the information we needed.

Pros:

I like that it provides a very easy display of your heatmapping so that you can make changes and adjustments to your site/landing pages for better conversion.

Cons:

The funnel feature doesn't seem to work at all. It doesn't accurately track how far people make it through your funnel...and the data retention that Lucky Orange has is quite minimal. It'd be great if we could see data that extends beyond 60 days...

Lucky Orange To Track User Activity

Comments: I was please with the overall functionality of the app and the ability to integrate it with my e-commerce platform.

Pros:

I liked being able to easily track my customers' movement on my website.

Cons:

Sometimes the recording of the customer activity seemed to miss data points.

User friendly & Critical For Businesses

Pros:

I find Lucky Orange incredibly user friendly. Not only that but it’s super informative with the most critical info needed to run my business. The visitor recordings are SO helpful and have informed multiple changes on my website.

Cons:

Would love to see more real-time customer service in the future.

Comments: Overall, this is a great tool that helps us a lot in measuring the performance of our website.

Pros:

I like the simplicity of setting it up and the clear visualization of the data.

Cons:

I didn't like the funnel-building experience, as it has been a bit too complicated for me.

If you're a shopify store owner, you NEED Lucky Orange PERIOD.

Pros:

What I like the absolute most about Lucky Orange is the sheer ease of use and user-friendliness of the interface. I have a good time using the site and I'm almost never at loss. Also, I've always appreciated the quick and truly friendly customer support. You guys are the best I swear <3

Cons:

Literally nothing comes to mind. Normally I would say that 19$/m is a bit out of my budget as a very small shopify store owner who's still in the negative, but in this case I have to say it is well worth that money and even more. There are worse apps that charge twice as much and has the worst customer support you can imagine.

Pros:

I love that I can watch my customer journeys in real time. It's so helpful for UX design, product development and buyer intent tracking.

Cons:

I wish I didn't have to pay for it because I'm an early-stage start-up but it's a service worth paying for.

A Very Simple-to-Use Platform for Traffic Visualization

Comments: Overall, the experience was really good. We were often peeking into Lucky Orange every single day to get an idea of how people were engaging with our offers. And the insight we gleaned from use behaviour on our site (with the help of Lucky Orange) allowed us to act faster in modifying our content and offer to address what people needed.

Pros:

Lucky Orange is great at helping you visualize traffic behavior and engagement with your website in real time. The live capture recording can help you understand where people are getting held up with your website UI or offers. And it even lets you jump in and help people in the moment with their live chat feature. IT's a really clever and helpful tool in planning and optimizing CRO.

Cons:

A lot of the data from sessions weren't attributable to a source, and many of the screen recordings showed up blank. For the times this platform did what it was intended to do, it was awesome, but nearly half of the recorded sessions are simply unusable.

Best analytics tool for digital marketers

Comments: love it. The customer service responds fast and its priced well.

Pros:

I love many things about Lucky Orange....For one, I can see a bunch of important data about a user session in one place, what pages they visited, their dwell time, their entrance + exit pages, what device they used etc.

Cons:

Had to think about this, as its pretty much my fav tool.....I have no complaints really.

Pros:

The stats the website can provide, as in total views, where they come from, and the different segmentation it can provide (by time, by location, by browser, etc)

Cons:

The learning curve so far has been a bit steeper than expected. It's not a bad thing per se, but to truly make the most of the analytics it provides requires time and effort and even then I am a bit unsure if I am underutilizing the tool.

Very Convenient Website Observation & Analytics

Pros:

The UI combined with easy to learn functionality makes Lucky Orange an easy use case for our business. Using it has really helped us understand where our customers come from and how they interact with our site.

Cons:

No Cons really. Adding more functionality and features with further 3rd party integrations may make some sense.

Lucky Orange Is A Solid Choice

Pros:

Lucky Orange has the most attractive UI of any of its competitors, and your ability to tag things via their visual viewer is really nice.

Cons:

It can't do all that much when you really boil it down. Microsoft Clarity can do all of the same things and is free. Sometimes Lucky Orange also lets UI get in the way of functionality.

Pros:

In a quick review I found LO to be the most insightful tool to teach me how to optimize my website. Now that I am embarking on a joint project with Google, it is the first place I went to help me track and understand progress.

Cons:

None, there is more functionality than I know how to use at the moment so heavily dependent on support, who have been great.

Sometimes old is better

Comments: Used to love it. People don’t seem to chat as much with the new lucky orange as the old one.

Pros:

I used to loved the classic lucky orange is was easy to use and was easy to set up different alerts

The new lucky orange is not as good as the old one.

Nice Heatmaps & Funnel Stats

Pros:

The heatmaps are awesome because they show exactly where users are most engaged across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The funnel completion stats are another highlight—they clearly show where people are dropping off in the process. Overall, Lucky Orange makes it easy to understand and enhance user experience, leading to better conversions.

Cons:

I think one area with some room for improvement is the scroll screenshots. Sometimes they don’t load correctly and can take a while to generate, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Lucky Orange is a "Must Have" reporting element of every website.

Comments: Lucky Orange has allowed us to better manage content throughout our website since we know where people click and where people scroll on each page.

Pros:

The critical features I use are the heat map, click map, and screen recording tools.

Cons:

I think the thing I like least about Lucky Orange is that they offer a lot of other tools that I don't use or care about which can make navigation around the dashboard a tad bit more complicated, but it's a minor complaint.

a very capable product with a bit of a learning curve, but anything worth it's salt will have that. They've got great customer support that proactively reaches out to address issues or concerns you have. Great team. Love what they're up to.

Again, the learning curve. But if you leverage their support, and make sure you carve out the time to dedicate to the tool, you're good.

Strong Product, Stronger Support

Pros:

Team support is excellent. Products perform as advertised. Information is highly assistive in supporting usage of and conversion inside of the web page.

Cons:

Some pre-built filters and tools are not universally applicable (i.e. many "angry customers" are not actually angry, etc...)
