Good product but support is very limited beyond routine problems
Comments: Box would be an excellent product if it worked reliably on all platforms. Ignoring a user for whom it is not working just because they are the only person in the organisation reporting problems is not good support. If this is happening for one person (the most recent recruit who uses a Macbook) it could extend to others who join in the future and use the same platform. Furthermore other Mac users have avoided using Box Drive because of incompatibility with their hardware and are therefore relying on the less functional Box Sync. I would hesitate to recommend Box to Mac users.
Pros:
It's easy to understand if you've used Dropbox before.
Cons:
I am a Macbook user and since I started using Box I have had consistent problems with files not synching. I don't mean temporary delays, I mean NEVER synching at all. This affects my ability to work with my colleagues. Despite first line Box support saying they would refer the problem to a product expert, there has been NO response for 4 weeks despite frequent reminders. Box's stated approach to customer support is to attach no priority whatsoever to problems that only affect one user. That certainly reflects their attitude to me. There has been no attempt whatsoever to investigate why this problem is occurring or how it might be resolved. This is very disappointing.

BOX, a good alternative for secure cloud storage
Comments: My experience with Box has only been in the company where I provided my services, I have not used it as a freelancer, since there are other services that do the same, for a lower price or even free. In this company, the Box service was used a lot to store all the files of the projects we worked on and since it was confidential information, a cloud storage service that met the highest security standards was required. the integration with MS Office was very helpful, since the work experience was like the one you have with OneDrive.
Pros:
What I liked the most when using box was its security, in addition to its integration with MS Office, which makes it an alternative to Onedrive. I also like that from the Business plan the storage is unlimited.
Cons:
Like any cloud storage service, its main disadvantage is the price, although for a medium or large company this does not mean an expense, for a small company that is just starting out, paying a monthly fee can be a considerable expense. The little free storage also means that better options are found for someone who is just starting out, of course leaving security aside.

Easy and orderly cloud Storage App.
Comments: I keep my pictures and videos for important life events.
Pros:
I like the user-friendly dashboard. The syncing speed is satisfactory. Categorizing of files is also easy.
Cons:
It has relatively been an unshaken brand of cloud application from and I don't see any challenges so far.
