She is attentive and very patient with us which is very much appreciated. > > **Cons**: I don't like the setup for document owners. I am used to having only one document owner. I don't like that someone has to be added as a document owner in order to make changes to the document. I am also noticing that Employee level users can't see things that I have assigned to them. I had to move them to a production level user in order for them to work on things that even they were the owner of. > > The onboarding and training with Isolocity has been awesome. These technical issues are unreseloved: - We cannot download blank versions (uncompleted) of our Templates.
