Comments: - easy to use software with modern design and templates. The pages are designed for a modern desktop view, so you can fit more content on a page, reducing overall number of pages to manage.
- support, you'll never get stuck
- Their team helps you with the set up of your intranet. They perform user architecture activities and have years of experience doing it, make the migration process that much smoother!

Pros: So much. I love it. I worked on intranets for crown corporation in BC, and I have to say, I prefer Bonzai over an out-of-the-box solution because of it's modern design and team of developers working to improve each year. The product comes with excellent features, you don't need anything else. But I have to say the support is the best part, they are quick and knowledgeable answer your questions! Also, any feedback we received from our users, we can pass on to Bonzai's development team for future enhancements, so we don't even need a custom out-of-the-box intranet.

Cons: Some of the features are not working exactly how users would prefer it to, but this might be due to limitations from SharePoint. It would also be nice to have a custom permissions, there's been issues with publisher posting the wrong story on the homepage, but it happens so few and far between we can make do with out it.

We are thrilled we replaced the bland Sharepoint look with the dynamic presentation of Bonzai!

Pros: Our staff like the News and Events,
Document Portal, Employee and Department Spotlights and Marketplace the most. The Doc Portal especially, ensures employees find the correct and most current cersions of documents

Cons: There are a couple of key features missing. We'd like a company calendar that goes beyond that of the clunky Sharepoint calendar. We are also missing site update alerts that would be helpful to authors.

Pros: If you know SharePoint, then this software is super easy to use. We've been able to increase and expand general use of the intranet, employee engagement and communications. We really love the ability to easily upload, tag and store documents. We also love the directory feature. Our employee directory is so much easier to use and find what you need than what we had before. The publishing features of the news articles and important messages are so easy to use which has allowed us to greatly expand the number of people in our organization who can share their message and do so quickly.

Cons: There aren't any significant cons. There are a couple of enhancements we have requested and they are quick to reply on the viability of our suggestions.

Comments: Our experience with SharePoint in the past was that it was very difficult develop, update and sustain. More importantly we wanted a SharePoint site that didn't look like a typical SharePoint environment. Bonzai solved all of these issues. Great product that is easy to implement and sustain. We were able to execute from design to go-live in a matter of months. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, providing guidance on the best way to utilize SharePoint. Only a couple of minor points that precludes me from scoring them 5 stars in all categories. First, Bonzai is not available for SharePoint 2016. Second, when releases and updates are made, our team would appreciate more information/clarity/updates. Overall, I would recommend Bonzai to others.

Pros: Bonzai intranet platform helped us solve 5 key areas of opportunity for our organization's intranet:
1. Responsive design provides our users with a custom user experience no matter what device they are accessing our intranet from.

Cons: The Bonzai intranet platform currently needs to be installed on each site collection in your environment versus installing it at the farm level.
