> **Pros**: When i call the help line, at least it has not been off-shored yet.  You will be calling the help line often.
I charge my clients an admin rate of 4 hours every job if they use this system
At least the clients know this is a bad system that costs them too much

incredibly slow
ridiculous requirements to get your account set up  
I have to spend 15 mins on hold with the help desk EVERY TIME I use the system
The help desk blames the search engine, the account holder, or me....Thank God It's not a Pegasus issue\!
ABSOLUTELY nothing about this system is intuitive.
Even though I charge my clients 4 hours if they use this system I end up spending more time than that dealing with issues, glitches, help desk, generally poor layout abysmal upload and down load speeds and moving around this horribly bad site.
I have several clients that use this system

> **Pros**: Best thing about Pegasus.net is when I don't have to use it. I cannot leave one single positive word about this service. Yes the phone support picks up quickly, but you have to call them EVERYTIME you want to work with the portal

> **Cons**: We have to use this software due to our clients forcing us to. This product is by far the worst I've ever encountered. I fully agree with the previous reviews.Side note, there has been an update to the portal roughly a year ago (2021) which made it look better but behave even worse. I frequently get timeouts on the website because of long loading times.Also the call centre has recently been outsourced to offshore providers, too.

> **Pros**: I can't find anything positive to say about this portal. Every function takes so much longer than it should and I'm left feeling annoyed each time I have to use it. I agree with the other reviewer that there is absolutely nothing about this system that is intuitive. It needs a huge overhaul and everything needs to be improved.
