Once the sales process was complete the SDR and AM said they would help with onboarding but they completely ghosted me. Their only other support is just via email. I also had an issue with them over charging me with an invoice and have gotten no reply from accounts/finance regarding the charges after almost 2 months of weekly follow ups. > > Once the sale is closed Riskified do not seem like they care about the customer.
