> **Cons**: The help desk (AI and human), along with the training videos were so poor that it made it difficult to determine the many things that were manual (instead of automated), making usability very poor.

> Tried to cancel after three weeks of going around and around with the help desks and videos, only to learn much of what we thought would be automated was indeed manual. The time wasted with the customer service was so high that it made making this determination prohibitively time consuming. Tried to get the remaining money back and was refused.
