Our prospects and our offices are across the world. I wish there was a way to prioritize British team members for British customers when there's overlap with the US office. I'm sure there's a way to do it, though, so this might be more an issue with the way our team has set it up. Plus, it's really not that big of a deal since you can send chats directly to other team members which is great if you have to escalate to more knowledgeable team mates or if you have to leave the chat. > > Overall, I love VisitLead.
