> **Pros**: I have worked with Konica before and it was fine. The ECM works okay when it is working. We have had issues, they store our data and content and we have never lost anything or had anything compormised.

> **Cons**: We have called for support which is terrible. First local, then a manager, then no call backs, then they want to fix it for a charge. Not really an effective solution
