My favorite feature of the learning module has been how easy it is to add courses or connect with other learning platforms. Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) was also very straightforward, making access simple for our team. Additionally, the performance check-in process was easy to navigate and highly customizable, which was beneficial when managing multiple cycles. > > **Cons**: I appreciate the frequent updates and changes to Engagedly, as they help tailor the platform to better meet customer needs. However, sometimes these changes feel overwhelming, especially in the area of goal setting.
