Most frustrating though, I cannot "Group by" and "Edit Columns" whenever pulling a contribution report. This is so frustrating and makes me have to do extra steps each time I pull a report. > > Overall, the program is not bad, but it is certainly not great. I do think that the updated help center has been informative, and I can see that the EA team is working hard to optimize the systems regularly.
