I highly recommend keeping your data elsewhere. They won't give access to it. > > **Cons**: They shut my account down and didn't explain why and started ignoring my emails. I am in waterproofing and I've been creating quotes just fine during the free trial and a few days after I paid they shut my account down and wouldn't tell me why or give a refund. I put lots of time into getting all those quotes migrated onto the system and now I have to start again on a different app. I wouldn't recommend for small businesses that don't have their data in multiple places coz finding all the quotes I've sent is gonna take a while. I had used them for another business that had 2-3 transactions a month for over 2 years so I felt comfortable using them for this new business that had more transactions. The tracking mode isn't 100% accurate and it does not send you automatically a copy of your invoice or estimate to your email and can be tricky to go back and find it and they only save it for a certain period of time > > When I first got the program it was very inexpensive and the main thing I liked was my accountant could access all of my stuff. It has since doubled in price and a lot of the features that they add do not benefit me like the payroll section.
