For a while we have been struggling with the lag when connecting, This was purely as a result of the Remote control server connection which gave us a very high ping. Fortunately, recently Pulseway has setup a relay server locally which should hopefully reduce the lag, therefore the ping times should drop, which should improve the connections. Another issue, we have a Bitdefender license for all our systems, currently have an issue where Pulseway does not correctly reflect that Bitdefender has been loaded on a system, but BitDefender does show that the system is running Bitdefender(Status: Install Failed). Hopefully you guys can take the feedback and look at that for us to make sure the sync is successful all around... > > Overall, very happy thus far. working pretty well.
