Staff can now apply for leave and manage this directly, instead of having to ask someone in South Africa to do it. > > **Cons**: Some of the functions we had during the trial period disappeared as different sections in the Leave Management Sections are paid for individually. It would have been nice if the subscription price could include all the available sections in the Calamari Leave Management system at a lowered rate and then have the sections available for those who wanted them individually. > > The support staff at Calamari were extremely helpful in assisting with the set-up of our leave system. We did a trial period before we continued with Calamari and their support staff were always and ready to assist with any query. Now that we have subscribed to Calamari, their support staff are still as diligent and helpful as in the beginning, which has been really nice.
