> **Pros**: Management of debt collection and staff excellent.  User friendly and easy to use, while I was shopping for a debt collection package had to look for something that enables manager work flow simplifying the debt collection process.  This program does it all, I started working on this and after 2 months implemented it at our other branches for in-house collectors to use.  Technical support is great never wait longer than a day for assistance and feedback.
